2007 Senior Australian of the Year (ACT) Indigenous education advocate
Dr Kaye Price's career has been as a teacher, policy maker, manager, consultant and researcher on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander education issues. Dr Price’s current role is Research Associate with the More Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Teachers Initiative (MATSITI) project and supervisor of PhD candidates. Dr Price’s other roles have included being a primary school teacher; education consultant, the 3Rs website and an education officer with the federal government.
