Olympic Swimmer

Brisbane-born Armstrong achieved the best performance by a swimmer at the Seoul Olympic Games: a gold and a silver in world record time. He was also the anchor for the men's 4 x 200 metre freestyle relay, which finished fourth, and swam the fastest time of the quartet.
