Recipient Margaret O'Neill must have the world's biggest optometry practice - a million kilometres covering the Kimberley and the Pilbara, and still growing. Margaret has established, at her own cost, a circuit involving nearly forty Indigenous communities in great need of eye-care. She has made an incredible difference to many of WA's most remote people, giving them the vision most of us take for granted.
