Recipient Margaret Collins has worked voluntarily for the past eight years building a healthy community in Ellenbrook. Margaret pioneered many grass roots activities, especially aimed at youngsters. She established a craft group, active recreational activities, such as badminton and aerobics, and provides a willing shoulder for people in need of advice or counselling.
