Australia Celebrates Live is a national tribute to everything that is great about Australia on Australia Day. Pack your picnic rug, cover yourself in Australian colours and come and enjoy 2015's great evening of entertainment. Look out for the Family Area; a glass and alcohol-free zone especially for families.

The celebrations kick off with the Australian of the Year Awards and will be followed by all the excitement of the Australia Celebrates Live concert with some of Australia's favourite performers.

Note:

All attendees to the Australian of the Year & Australia Celebrates Live event should be aware that it is an offence under the National Land (Road Transport) Ordinance 2014 to park a vehicle on open space in the area where the Australian of the Year & Australia Celebrates Live event is being held. 

Open space is any area that is not designed for the movement or parking of motor vehicles, such as grassed areas, footpaths and landscaped areas. 

The National Capital Authority will be enforcing parking regulations for the duration of this event, and attendees should ensure they park legally to avoid the risk of an infringement being issued to their vehicle.
